Finally! The August issue is done. Sue says I work fast, but I think it's all thanks to Mei Fong seeing how she did most of the work while I was on MC. I honestly did feel bad for leaving her on her own for a while. O.o But I'm glad that everything is done. The only thing now is, I'm back to being bored at the office. I noticed that there's nothing much to do after magazine rush. But I'm really glad I survived these two weeks without Maria. I'm actually kinda proud of myself for not depending too much on both Mei Fong and Maria. *pats self on the back*

I'm now officially off being a "temporary" staff at the office. Two months have passed and I can't believe that time flew by so quickly. I've yet to get evaluated by the boss. I think he's putting it off. :S He hasn't approved my leaves yet, stating that they don't get approved just like that. Apparently he has to ask me a few questions first. :s I told Bry and he said, " What an ass!" He doesn't really try to hide the fact that he doesn't like the boss. I dunno, I feel weird being around the boss... I find it really awkward. But yea... I'd just hope he'd aprrove the leaves quick.

I can't wait till my trip. I have been imagining what it feels like to be on a plane. I've NEVER been on a plane before and this would be my first time. Kinda weird actually... *shrug* I don't really feel nervous now, but I bet I'll hyperventilate as soon as I get in the plane. I think I might have the mild case of claustrophobia. I'm not all that scared being in small spaces, but after a while I think I might freak out. All in all, I just hope the trip to Langkawi is smooth sailing. Just pray it doesn't rain ( although lately it's been raining a lot)

Apart from my trip to Langkawi, I am looking forward to driving up to Bukit Mertajam and Sungai Petani. Bry has put me in charge of redemption on Friday and Saturday. I hope this runs smoothly too. I don't exactly wanna get the both of us in trouble if anything went wrong. *touch wood* It's sad, but I don't remember ever going to bkt. Mertajam... maybe when I was younger, I might have been. I remember Sg. Petani cos my dad used to work there and my mom brought us there. I used to think it was in Thailand...O.o Talk about not knowing my local geography. Danny will be tagging along ( thank gawd) and it'll basically be easy for me. :) I don't think I will go if Danny couldn't tag along.

I honestly think the pay they give us isn't much, but it's not like I need much. Though more money would prolly make my life ( and danny's) a lil easier. :) I think we've got to book our own hotel rooms, which I think bites, cos as organizers, someone in the company should do it. *sigh* Oh well, guess I'll try to get Bry to do it for me. :D

I'm so overdue for an update. Nothing really interesting's been happening lately, apart from Maria being away on holiday and I have to man the ship for two weeks. ( with LMF's help of course) Also, yesterday I got to watch Fantastic Four with Danny. There were some seat problems at the beginning ( Yu Hock and Brian warned me before hand) and well... apart from that, the movie was okay. I didnt really have high expectations of it since Ive never really been a follower of the comic. ( I'm more of a japanese manga/anime person)

So anyway, work at the office has been pretty boring for the past few days. I was almost going insane with no work to do. Call me crazy, but I'd rather have something to do in the office than just sitting around. I dont like the look the bosses give when they see you not doing any work. *sigh* I cant wait till the end of the month comes. Then I'll have my pay, and I can look forward to Langkawi. Weeee! Till then, I just hope all the articles are already proofed by the time I get back to work on Monday. I wanna get everything done before I go on holiday. Let's just say I want a guilt free trip. ^^

YAY! Danny's coming home this Sunday. ^^ I'm just so excited...^________________^ Finally I have someone to talk to and I wont feel so alone at home anymore... No more talking to the doggies...XD

Well, it seems that this weekend I have plenty to do too...O.o Lin ( colleague) has asked me if I wanted to join her at the stables. I really do wanna go, but everything's so hectic...O.o Amalina wanna meet up with Shazz and me and some other people before she goes back to Penang to complete her course...O.o And my aunt is suppose to meet me so I can pass her the skirt for Kana. *sigh* So busy.XD

Oh yea! The new staff came in today. I couldnt believe it when I heard that Gareth was only 17 ( going to be 18 according to Lin) *jaw drops open* He's actually kinda cute...hehe....Eye candy.XD Lin was saying how Im no longer the 'baby' of the office...XD Hahah... well, not like they treat me like one anyway..O.o but yea... The other guy is Hafiz. He's in his 20's ( didnt get a chance to talk to him much) But both of em are pretty nice. ^^ Gareth is only gonna be around till the end of July cos he's going back to Boston to complete his studies.... I think Hafiz is gonna be around. :) Yeappers... ^^
