Well... last week I came across the cinema online site ( cos I was looking for movie times for the cinema at amcorp) and happened to chance upon their recruitment "ad". And so I applied and seeing I didnt hear from them for a while, I assume they didnt need anyone anymore.. :P But this morning I got a call at 10:30 am ( i was half awake mind you) asking me if I could attend an interview at 4 pm. ^^
Well.... I did and I got the job...Woohoo! This actually feels a lil unreal..cos I didnt think I would get the job. :D But yea... I got it and Im damn happy. :D So I start work tomoro since they want me to be hands on and learn the ropes asap. And apparently tomoro they're having an event for the star wars 3. ^^ Talk about right timing... hahah... anyway.. I do hope I'd do an exceptional work.
Right now Im kinda on probation ( my trial period of 2 months) and Im gonna be getting an allowance of RM 800... though I cant remember was it for that two months or was it per month...O.o Oh welll.. Im just excited that I got a job. ^^
Heartache
My tears are dry,
They can shed no more,
My heart in pieces,
Right on the floor,
My mind is empty,
As I stare,
My limbs, limp,
My soul feeling bare,
My lips quiver,
My head spins,
These battles,
Arent something I can win,
My heart aching,
I run out the door,
My tears flow again,
When I thought I could not shed anymore.
Its been long since Ive actually enjoyed a good japanese drama. ^^ Just recently Hawkie lent me two. Due to his busy schedule, he couldnt watch it and asked if I would like to borrow them first. Anyway, I absolutely LOVED IT! Though the subtitles kinda sucked big time. I was trying to make out what were they trying to convey. Honestly, they should find better translators. O.o
The first drama that I watched was Mukodono. It actually means My son-in-law. The story revolves around Sakuraba Yuichiro. He leads two lives : One being the cool and calm super megastar and another being the noisy and loud geeky sorta guy ( who is also lovable) The story line is absolutely hilarious and he just acts so adorable. I wont spoil the story for those who've not seen it. But really, it is WORTH watching. ^^
Another one is called Pride, starring Takuya Kimura. He looked absolutely gorgeous here. Usually Im not really into him, but that show kinda made me notice him more. XD I dont like him with long hair...but in this show, he had his locks cut off. Pride is about ice hockey players. And Takuya plays this guy named Halu Satonaka. I bet no one knew I had a thing for ice hockey. XD I used to wanna be a ice hockey player...that was wayyyyyyyyyyy back when I was still growing up and less feminine..XD But anyway, I liked the chemistry that both the main actors had. It all seemed so real. That's what I like about Japanese dramas, they seem real and its really touching.
So thus begins my quest for more entertaining japanese or korean dramas. ^^ I dont think Ive seen a korean drama just yet ( think winter sonata might be next on my list) but yes, this wont be the end of it all.
